Working with Existing Pages
Select a page to edit in the Explorer. The webpage displays in the Workspace. Some elements may not display such as icons or videos.

Use the Asset Action Bar and its sub-menus to work with the selected page.

- View – Displays a preview of the page.
- Layout – Default view when a file is selected from the Explorer. Not all page elements will display, such as data from MyPostings, social media feeds, and your department's contact information.
- Live – Previews page by displaying all elements. The page must be published at least once before this view will display.
- Edit – Edit page content.
- Copy – Copy the file to another location.
- More – Displays the Delete, Reference, and Versions menu items.
- Delete – Deletes the file. Deleted files are sent to the Recycle Bin. Items in the Recycle Bin are kept for 30 days before they are purged completely.
- Reference – Link to any previously created page.
- Versions – View previous versions of the file.
