We receive a daily load from Banner of USD courses, instructors and students. This load goes in to Ares in to something called the Validation table. When a course or a user becomes "activated" it moves from the Validation table in to the live Ares system.
Why can't I find this professor/course in the Ares client?
Courses may have come through in the daily load, but haven't been "activated" yet. To
