Working with Existing Pages
Select a page to edit in the Explorer. The webpage displays in the Workspace. Some elements may not display such as icons or videos.
Use the Asset Action Bar and its sub-menus to work with the selected page.
- ViewMore Button – Displays a preview of the pageLists a dropdown menu with more options.
- Layout Move – Default view when a file is selected from the Explorer. Not all page elements will display, such as data from MyPostings, social media feeds, and your department's contact information.
- Rename - Displays the Modifier Pane with the Rename Window showing.
- Copy - Displays the Modifier Pane with the Copy Window showing.
- Delete - Displays the Modifier Pane with the Deletion Window showing.
- Unpublish - Displays the Modifier Pane with the Unpublish Window showing.
- Check-out/Lock - Immediately locks the asset to your account so that no one else can edit it. Click the Break Lock button in the Action Bar to unlock it.
- Relationships - Displays the Modifier Pane with the Relationships Window showing. The Relationships Window shows all assets that link to or reference content on the selected asset.
- Live – Previews page by displaying all elements. The page must be published at least once before this view will display.
- Edit – Edit page content.
- Copy – Copy the file to another location.
- More – Displays the Delete, Reference, and Versions menu items.
- Delete – Deletes the file. Deleted files are sent to the Recycle Bin. Items in the Recycle Bin are kept for 30 days before they are purged completely.
- Reference – Link to any previously created page.
- Versions – View previous versions of the file.
