STEP 3: The Asset Displays in the Workspace
A viewed asset is loaded into the Workspace, and the Action Bar items will now alter that selected asset.
Additionally, the Workspace will display useful information about the selected asset including the following:
- In the top right, the Workspace will show the icon for the selected asset as well as its type. In the accompanying screenshot, it displays the page icon and the word Page. This informs you that it's a page asset.
- It also displays the Title of that asset. In the accompanying screenshot, the title is Web Design Basics.
- Lastly, it displays the file path for that asset. In the accompanying screenshot, the file path is training/web-design/index. This is useful for differentiating between multiple index pages.
One an asset is selected, the More button can be used to display additional options for that asset, such as the Live option to open a new tab in your browser and view the current version of that page on the live servers.
The Details button will show whether the page is set to Display in Navigation or not.
