Setting up Serials Label Printer Profile

1. Click the Windows Start button
2. Choose Devices and Printers
3. Click Add a printer
4. Choose Add a local printer
5. Click Next
6. Choose Use an existing port
   • Select USB001 (Virtual printer for USB)
7. Click Next
8. For Manufacturer, choose ZDesigner
9. For Printers, choose the latest version of Zdesigner GX430t
   • Do not choose the GX430t (EPL)
10. Click Next
11. Change the printer name to Serials Checkin ZDesigner GX430t
12. Select Do not share this printer
13. Click Next
14. Uncheck Set as the default printer
15. Click on the Print test page
16. Click Finish
17. Click the Windows Start button
18. Open Devices and Printers
19. Right Click Serials Checkin ZDesigner GX430T
20. Click on Printing Preferences
21. Configure the Options tab according to below image:

1. Open on the Advanced Setup tab
2. Under Tracking Mode, select Web Sensing

1. Click Apply
2. Click OK
   • Sierra has to be rebooted if its open during the printer install or configuration

Sierra Setup

1. Go to File →  Sierra Printer  →  Label Printer
2. Select Local Printer
3. For the General Tab, select Serials Checkin ZDesigner GX430t

1. For Page Setup tab, change margins to 0

1. For Format tab, change format to Graphic, and font size to 10

1. Click OK and Restart Sierra
