Adding and managing reserves items

Adding items

From the Main Menu, click on a course from the Current Courses table.

Click on the Add Reserve Items link from the left navigation.

Choose the appropriate format to add.

Fill in the required fields on the request form and select the appropriate option for how the item will be supplied.

The Course Details page displays, with the newly added items in the Reserve Items table with a status description.

Deleting Reserves Items

From the Main Menu, select the course from the Current Courses table. Click on the item you want to delete from the Reserves Items table, and click on Delete Item. 




Cloning Course Items 

  1. From the Main Menu, select the appropriate course from the Current Courses table

  2. Click on Add Reserve Items on the left navigation

  3. Select a course from the table labeled "Or would you like to import from a current or previously taught course?"

  4. After clicking on a course, check the items that should be imported into the new course

  5. Click on the Import Items button

  6. The Course Details page displays where you can see a table of the items for that course
